VoIP Security Training provides private and onsite training on a contract basis. All standard retail courses and conference series curriculums are available. In addition, we can provide your organization with a custimized curriculum if desired.
Scheduling: We recommend scheduling private training at least 3 weeks in advance for courses conducted in the domestic US and Asia. Please schedule courses at least 6 weeks in advance for Europe and the Middle East in order to provide us adequate time to secure appropriate visa's for travel into those areas.
Instructors: 1 & 2 day courses generally require only one instructor. However, a second instructor can be requested and will be provided as long as scheduling permits. A second instructor is recommended for 2 day courses larger than 10 students in size. 4 day courses always require 2 instructors regardless of class size. Our instructors are active professionals and experts in their field. Instructor resumes/CV's are available upon request. The client organization is responsible for reasonable expenses for instructor airfare and hotel.
Pricing: All retail course curriculums are available for 50% of the retail enrollment fee per student with a minimum of 7 students. Private training is limited to a maximum of 30 seats. Client is responsible for reasonable travel expenses related to airfare, local transportation, and hotel accomodations for trainers. A travel expense deposit may be required to secure scheduling.
Facilities: The client organization is responsible for providing an adequate training facility. In the event that an adequate training facility is not available onsite, we can provide a quote from our contracted facilities provider for a local training facility. The client organization is responsible for the facilities rental fee should a local training facility be required. Once the quote is provided from our facilities provider, the client organization can pay the fee through us or directly to the provider at their discretion.
Payment: We accept purchase orders with net 30 - 45 terms, corporate/bank checks, and all major credit cards. If paying by check/credit 50% of the tuition payment is due 7 days before trianing is scheduled to start. The remaining 50% and reimbursement for travel expenses is due upon course completion. If paying with a purchase order, standard net 30 - 45 terms apply.
Cancellation/Rescheduling: Private courses may be cancelled/rescheduled up to 10 business days before the scheduled course date. The client organization is responsible for any fees incurred for cancelling/rescheduling instructor travel in addition to any charges incurred for cancelling/rescheduling of a training facility. There is no charge to VoIP Security Training, LLC for cancelling/rescheduling a course.
